The release, coinciding with the Le Mans race held on June 11th and 12th, 2023, showcases Rolex’s exceptional commitment to honoring significant moments in time. The 2023 Rolex Daytona Le Mans Anniversary Edition Ref. 126529LN carries unique features that set it apart from other Rolex Daytona models launched earlier this year.
Crafted in exquisite 18K white gold, this special edition features the highly revered Paul Newman-style counters. This design element adds an extra level of charm with squares printed at the end of the hash marks. Further distinguishing the piece is the number “100” embossed in vibrant red on the black ceramic tachymeter bezel, paying tribute to the race’s centenary celebration.
However, it’s not just the aesthetic elements that make this timepiece a winner. Rolex has incorporated an innovative new movement, the caliber 4132, allowing the chronograph counter to function for a full 24 hours — mirroring the duration of the prestigious race.
